Privacy Policy and Rules

Rules

  1. For privacy reasons, we will not collect experiences from parents/carers with children with assistance dogs where the child is under 13.
  2. Where a person is over the age of 13 and can not use the form themselves, someone may transcribe for them. This is the only situation where we will accept responses from non-handlers.
  3. Pictures can not include children under the age of 13. If a child 13+ is present in a picture it must be the handler.
  4. Assistance dog gear can not include offensive words or imagery.
  5. Assistance dog gear should use the correct wording for the country they reside in unless required by an organisation (eg. an image would not be accepted if a dogs vest said ‘Emotional Support Dog’)
  6. Prong/Pinch collars, E-collars, Citronella Collars or similar will not be accepted.
  7. Images must be suitable for general audiences (eg. not include adult material)
