When you experience and access issue, whether it was resolved or not, you can now report your access issues to us, and you have the option to request us to email an information pack on assistance dogs to the business.
This helps us to have a greater understanding of the issues facing assistance dog handlers and identify any patterns, whilst also providing education to businesses.
